Santa
Ana del Monte Golf Resort is situated approximately one hour’s
drive from Alicante and Murcia International Airports on the outskirts
of the beautiful town of Jumilla in one of Spain’s Premier
Wine Producing Regions.
With over 2 Thousand years of history, the town has
much to offer the discerning visitor. Follow the popular Wine Route
and visit vineyards, wine cellars and the wine museum, but don’t
forget to sample the wine and other local gastronomic delights.
This exciting new Development boasts two 18-hole Golf Courses (par
72) with stylish Apartments, Town Houses and Detached Villas (some
Front-Line) situated on and around both Golf Courses. There will
also be a multitude of Sports, Leisure and Social activities including
a Top Equestrian Centre, Tennis Academy, shops, bars, restaurants
and a luxury Five Star Hotel with Spa.
Santa Ana del Monte is also part of an exclusive Golf
Tour made up of 5 individual Developments all located
within a 60 km radius of each other. Owners and their guests at
any of the 6 Resorts will qualify for a generous discount off Green
Fees and other facilities (approximately 20%) at all the Resorts
which is also transferable to Tenants.
The superb weather in this Region insures all year round enjoyment
of these facilities and the success of budget airlines operating
frequent services has created an additional demand for short Golfing
Holidays and Weekend Breaks at affordable prices.

Local
Wine
The D.O. areas of Jumilla, Yecla, Alicante and Almansa lie in Central
Eastern Spain and produce fairly similar table wines which are,
in general, fruity and full-bodied. The black Monastrell grape predominates,
giving mainly reds and roses. Jumilla's popular and economical Vinos
de Messa are widely marketed throughout the country.
