Viewing Trips

For those Investors wishing to familiarise themselves with our Projects and the surrounding areas, Regency Investments is able to provide a tailor-made Personalised Viewing Trip. This, of course, will be carried out on a One-to-One basis so that discretion and confidentially is maintained at all times.
We will help plan an individual tour meeting your own personal criteria and budget. We will also offer assistance with booking your accommodation (hotel or self-catering) and search for suitable flights departing from a convenient airport. These trips are designed to be both practical and informative and prove extremely beneficial to prospective buyers who are serious about finding the ideal property.

During the viewing trip we can :

• Take you to a major Spanish Bank with English speaking staff to open a Current Account, discuss Mortgage requirements, Insurance cover, Pensions and other Financial Services

• Advise on Foreign Exchange Services at competitive rates

• Introduce you to an English speaking Spanish solicitor who will : Apply for an NIE number. This is a Spanish Fiscal Number which is required to carry out a number of different activities including the purchase of a property
• Translate the Title Deeds into English
• Accompany you to the Notary on Completion
• Help you to make a Spanish Will
